FERRY FARE INCREASE
Effective April 1, 2001
Rates increased to $45.20 for domestic vehicles (driver included), increased to $13.45 for foot passengers.
PENDER LANDFILL WINTER HOURS
In effect from October 2010
Monday 8:30-4:30
Tuesday 8:30-12:30
Wednesday-Saturday 8:30-4:30.
Closed Sundays and statutory holidays.
WATER QUALITY ADVISORY
Until further notice, for North and South Pender Harbour Water customers:
Drinking and cooking water should be boiled or purified for use by the elderly, infants and those with compromised immune systems, or bottled water should be used, due to concern for disease-causing microorganisms.

SPRINKLING RESTRICTIONS
Effective Year-Round
For North Pender and South Pender Harbour Water District customers, unless preempted by additional restrictions:
Sprinkling is restricted to these hours and only one sprinkling device (includes a soaker hose) is permitted:
Odd-numbered addresses - Odd-numbered dates, 7-9 am & 7-9 pm.
Even-numbered addresses - Even-numbered dates, 7-9 am & 9 pm.
